Shipping Policy

 

To provide a consistent shopping experience across the entire Donekick online marketplace platform, we build a common shipping policy for all vendors on the platform.

This shipping policy serves as the default policy and applies to all vendors on the Donekick platform. Vendors may provide additional shipping options that offer advantages over this policy, such as faster delivery times, lower shipping costs, or both. All additional shipping methods must comply with the terms and conditions established by the Donekick platform.

 

DELIVERY TIME IS CALCULATED = ORDER HANDLING TIME + TRANSIT TIME.

1. Order handling time

  • Vendors typically require 1-2 business days to process orders before handing them over to the shipping carrier.
  • You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.
  • If your order experiences any unexpected delays in processing, we will notify you promptly via email.

2. Transit time

  • The transit times provided below are estimates and apply only to orders within the United States. Please note that Donekick currently does not support international shipping.
  • During certain U.S. holidays and peak seasons, domestic deliveries may experience delays of up to 7 additional days.

3. Taxes

  • We do not collect taxes on orders.

4. Shipping Delays

  • We will issue a full refund for any package that takes longer than 30 days to arrive.

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Please check around your property as packages may be left in secure locations.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [email protected], however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made if your order has already shipped.

7. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to customer refusal or multiple failed delivery attempts, Donekick.com reserves the right to cancel the order and may withhold refunds.
